How to Play Kyukyoku Tiger II (Ver 2.1J 1995/11/30)
Quick start
- Move the helicopter and use Fire against the approaching formation.
- Collect a weapon colour suited to the target pattern.
- Use repeated firing with the red or blue weapon.
- Use Bomb when an immediate attack or escape is needed.
Controls
Move with the joystick. Fire shoots the selected weapon and Bomb uses the stocked bomb attack. Red fires forward, blue spreads widely, and green provides Thunder Claw missiles for player one or a Binchou Laser for player two. Rapid firing strengthens the red and blue attacks.

Kyukyoku Tiger II (Ver 2.1J 1995/11/30) gives the helicopter three weapon colours with different firing patterns. Red concentrates forward, blue covers a wider area, and green differs by player: the first helicopter uses Thunder Claw missiles while the second uses a Binchou Laser. Red and blue attacks also respond to rapid firing. A separate bomb provides emergency coverage, while collecting stars adds score during the continuing advance. Choosing the colour is therefore also a choice about the coverage available from the current player’s helicopter.
