How to Play Lode Runner III - Majin no Fukkatsu (Japan, rev. C)

Quick start

  1. Trace a route through the ladders and ropes to a gold piece.
  2. Use Dig Left or Dig Right on soft ground.
  3. Escape the opening before it closes, or use it to delay a pursuer.
  4. Collect all the gold and climb the flashing exit ladder.

Controls

Lode Runner III - Majin no Fukkatsu (Japan, rev. C) — About this game

Lode Runner III turns each gold collection route into a sequence of temporary openings. Digging removes a soft-ground block to the left or right, allowing the runner to fall through or trap a pursuer. The hole later closes, and being caught in the same opening is as dangerous to the player as to an enemy. Ladders, ropes, solid ground and false flooring shape the way between the gold pieces before the final flashing ladder provides the exit.
