Legion (bootleg of Legend) gives its green-armoured commander a way to turn enemies into a fighting force. Money can persuade a soldier to defect and join the commander, so obtaining help competes with spending the available resources. Weapons collected along the route include bombs and arrows, adding options to the small legion’s advance. Enemy contact remains dangerous even with followers, making a jump or a change of position useful when an approaching attacker cannot be removed in time.
