How to Play Legend

Quick start

Move the commander clear of immediate enemy contact.
Collect money and a useful weapon.
Recruit a soldier when the cost supports the route.
Jump or reposition while the followers attack.

Controls

Use the directional controls to move the commander. Use the action inputs to jump, attack or use the current recruitment or weapon action; their physical assignment is not inferred from generic labels.

Legend — About this game

Legend gives its green-armoured commander a way to turn enemies into a fighting force. Money can persuade a soldier to defect and join the commander, so obtaining help competes with spending the available resources. Weapons collected along the route include bombs and arrows, adding options to the small legion’s advance. Enemy contact remains dangerous even with followers, making a jump or a change of position useful when an approaching attacker cannot be removed in time.
