Martial Masters / Xing Yi Quan (ver. 102, 101, 101CN) — About this game
Martial Masters places its confrontation against the White Lotus sect inside a fighting system with several ways to control distance. Running, retreating and different jumps help set up normal attacks, while Shadow Moves and Desperation Moves draw on the super meter. A low dodge-overhead and recovery options offer alternatives to simply blocking or continuing an attack string. Choose a fighter and learn a small set of reliable actions first. Knowing how to leave a dangerous position and when to spend a meter level is more useful than attempting every special command before understanding its reach.
