How to Play Megadon
Quick start
- Turn toward a clear target.
- Fire an ion bomb along that line.
- Follow any rebound instead of adding uncontrolled shots.
- Finish the remaining enemies before fuel expires.
Controls
Use the horizontal steering control to turn the fighter, Thrust to move it and Fire to launch an ion bomb. Missed bombs rebound and can destroy the player.
Megadon — About this game
Megadon makes a missed shot another threat inside its maze. An ion bomb rebounds until it hits a target, a deadly purple boundary or the player’s own fighter, so firing repeatedly can fill the route with returning danger. Cosmic Infidels fall to one hit, while Ergs require more and complicate the search-and-destroy mission. Fuel also runs down as the fighter searches for the last target. Learn a clear firing line before sending another bomb across the maze, then track its rebound while steering toward the next enemy.
