How to Play Minefield
Quick start
- Use the movement lever to avoid mines and enemy fire.
- Aim the machine gun with the other lever.
- Collect missiles for cannon attacks.
- Dock with the returning transport after each wave.
Controls
Left eight-way lever: move the tank. Right eight-way lever: aim and fire the machine gun. The cannon button beside the gun lever fires collected missiles.
Minefield — About this game
Minefield sets a tank loose in a desert scattered with mines and enemy installations. Separate movement and machine-gun levers let it steer one way while firing another. Collecting missiles supplies the cannon for harder targets. At the end of a thirty-mile wave, the transport returns and the tank must dock to continue. After the third wave, the route reaches an enemy headquarters with three sections to destroy, giving collected cannon ammunition a clear purpose beyond the ordinary patrols.
