How to Play Mad Planets (UK)
Quick start
- Move clear of a growing planet.
- Turn the rotary control to aim at it.
- Fire before it develops moons.
- If it has moons, remove them while leaving room for the angry planet’s pursuit.
Controls
The joystick moves the spaceship. The rotary control turns its aim independently, and Fire shoots in that direction. Fly over astronauts to rescue them.
Mad Planets (UK) — About this game
Mad Planets (UK) separates the spaceship’s movement from its aim: the joystick moves it while a rotary control turns its gun. Small planets can be destroyed before they grow and produce orbiting moons. Once a planet has moons, these must be removed before the planet becomes vulnerable and begins its angry pursuit. Astronaut rescues offer another scoring opportunity, but chasing one can leave a fast planet or comet on an awkward approach.
