How to Play Marvel Super Heroes (USA 951024)
Quick start
- Choose a fighter and learn an ordinary attack sequence.
- Collect an Infinity Gem during the fight.
- Use quarter-circle back + all three Punch buttons to activate its ability.
- Watch the Infinity Gauge before committing to an Infinity Special.
Controls
Use Light, Medium or Heavy Punch and Light, Medium or Heavy Kick. Double-tap forward/back for a dash. Down then Up performs a Super Jump. Quarter-circle back + all three Punch buttons activates a held Infinity Gem. Power improves damage, Time improves speed, Space resists flinching, Reality adds projectiles, Soul restores health and Mind restores gauge. After a launcher connects, press Up to follow for an aerial combo.

Marvel Super Heroes (USA 951024) gives its one-on-one battles two different resources: the Infinity Gauge and collected Infinity Gems. The gauge supports powerful Infinity Specials and defensive counters, while a gem temporarily changes the fighter’s capabilities. Power increases damage, Space resists flinching and Time accelerates movement; other gems restore health or gauge or add projectiles. A launch attack opens an aerial pursuit, making an ordinary hit the start of a longer exchange. Learn one fighter’s normal reach before combining a gem effect with the next useful opening.
