Quick start
- Try shooting, jumping and throwing grenades.
- Rescue prisoners, collect weapons and watch their shot paths.
- With a ground-running weapon, avoid wasting shots on enemies above.
- Watch the next enemies instead of expecting the same placements as Metal Slug 2.
Controls
Move left and right and crouch with down. A shoots or attacks at close range, B jumps and C throws grenades. Press B at a boarding point to enter a Slug. In a vehicle, A operates the machine gun and C the main gun; adjust the direction to suit the vehicle. Check weapon ammunition and grenade stocks separately.

Advance through the battlefield with gunfire, grenades and jumps. Based on Metal Slug 2, this game substantially rearranges enemies and bosses, so following the same old route is not enough. The expanded arsenal includes the ground-running Iron Lizard and bouncing Drop Shot, which attack along different paths from ordinary gunfire. Some weapons cannot reach upward: check where their shots travel, not just their names. Rescuing prisoners and using vehicles help you fight, while eating too much can still change your character’s body. Start by learning where enemies appear and adjust your position to the heights your current weapon can reach.
