How to Play Ninja-Kid II / NinjaKun Ashura no Shou (set 1)
Quick start
- Learn the ordinary shot and a short Jump press.
- Jump toward a wall while holding toward it to cling.
- Use Jump while clinging to climb.
- Practise the recovery timing before attempting a long drop.
Controls
A is Shot and B is Jump; a brief B press makes a small jump. In water, repeated B presses swim. Hold toward a wall during an approach jump to cling, then press B to climb. Down descends and diagonal Down crawls. Up changes the weapon.

Ninja-Kid II expands its platform routes with wall movement and a choice of paths through the adventure. The ninja can cling to and climb a wall, jump away from it and roll after a long fall, making the terrain a set of movement opportunities rather than just platforms to clear. Shot and Jump are separate actions, with a brief jump press producing a smaller leap. Learn the wall approach at a safe height before using it over a dangerous drop. Choosing another route can also change the sequence of stages encountered on the next play.
