Psycho-Nics Oscar (Japan revision 2) makes weapon selection part of collecting its N capsules. Each capsule advances a highlight along the equipment bar; pressing Select takes the highlighted upgrade and resets the selection. P.C.U. satellite options add supporting fire, while further trips around the bar make different equipment available. Shooting and jumping through Ordio City therefore also requires deciding whether to take the current offer or collect another capsule.
