Palamedes (Japan) — About this game
Palamedes (Japan) fills its playfield with descending rows of dice. The player moves below them, changes the number of the held die and shoots it at a matching number above. Successful matches also build a sequence along the bottom, where three matching or consecutive values can be cashed in to clear several rows. That second use of a match makes the next number a planning decision rather than simply a target to shoot. Maintaining space requires both accurate shots and timely use of the stored sequence.
