How to Play Puzzle Bobble 3 Recarbonated

Quick start

Start a two-player versus game; this modification automatically chooses that format.
Check the current bubble and preview before aiming.
Hold Down to swap them when the preview is more useful.
Use the fine-aim buttons to adjust a difficult shot, then fire before the shot timer expires.

Controls

Hold Down to swap the current and preview bubbles. Button 2 nudges aim one pixel left; Button 3 nudges it one pixel right. Double-tap Up to centre the aiming cursor. Hold Button 2 and double-tap Left to move it to the far left; hold Button 3 and double-tap Right for the far right. The aiming guide appears with the shot-timer warning.

Puzzle Bobble 3 Recarbonated — About this game

Aim shots at hanging formations until their supporting nodes lose every bubble. Some layouts scroll beyond the screen and require a longer sequence of removals.

Recarbonated is designed specifically for two-player versus play and automatically selects Player vs Player. It adds bubble swapping, fine aiming nudges and quick ways to return the aiming cursor to neutral or an extreme. The aiming guide appears when the shot timer gives its warning, the character-selection timer is longer, and using credits does not subtract them.
