How to Play パズルボブル (Neo-Geo, NGM-083)

Quick start

Check the bubble colour and find a matching group.
Aim left or right and shoot to connect at least three.
Bounce off a wall to reach a group behind an obstacle.
In solo play, clear high supports to drop groups before the ceiling descends.

Controls

Aim left or right with the joystick and press A to fire. Connect three or more bubbles of one colour to clear them. Groups disconnected from the ceiling fall. Use wall rebounds when a direct shot cannot reach the target.

パズルボブル (Neo-Geo, NGM-083) — About this game

Shoot bubbles from the launcher and connect at least three of the same colour to clear them. Any group that loses its connection to the ceiling drops away, so aiming at a high supporting bubble can clear more than picking off bubbles individually. Wall rebounds help reach gaps and matching colours beyond a direct shot. In solo play, the ceiling descends as you shoot; clear the field before the bubbles get too low. Competitive play turns cleared bubbles into interference for the opponent. Compare your current colour, landing point and remaining space to find an efficient shot.
