How to Play Frog Feast (PGM)
Quick start
- Start a contest against the computer or another player.
- Watch a fly approaching the frog’s jump.
- Time the tongue action to catch it in flight.
- Keep scoring before the day and time end.
Controls
Use the directional controls to position the frog for an approaching fly. Use the action inputs to hop and extend the tongue; their physical assignment is not inferred from the generic PGM Button 1–4 labels.
Frog Feast (PGM) — About this game
Frog Feast (PGM) makes a short contest out of two frogs competing for flies above their lily pads. One player faces the computer, or another player competes for the same insects. Catching a fly adds a point, and the higher score wins when the allotted time ends. The sky moves from morning toward night as the contest progresses. This PGM edition is RasterSoft’s completed arcade-hardware version, with sound effects and title music; its author specifically notes that the background sound was omitted. Time a catch for the airborne frog rather than treating the pond as a scrolling route.
