How to Play Power Balls
Quick start
- Choose a character and observe its ball return.
- Strike the ball toward the objects on the right.
- Prepare to return it when it approaches again.
- Clear the objects or strike the boss to advance.
Controls
Use the directional controls to position the character for the incoming ball. Use the two action inputs to serve or strike the ball and confirm the current choice; their physical assignment is not inferred from the generic Button 1 and Button 2 labels.
Power Balls — About this game
Power Balls moves the usual block-breaking contest onto a sideways field. The selected character starts on the left and returns a ball toward the objects on the right, with a missed return costing a life. Characters have different strengths, making the initial choice part of learning the rebound. Clearing every object advances the stage, while occasional bosses must be struck using the same ball. Staying ready for the return is therefore useful even when watching the damage on a distant target.
