Controls
Steer, accelerate and brake to control the car. This release uses a two-speed manual shift arrangement. The rear-view mirror shows approaching rivals.
Rad Rally (Japan) — About this game
Rad Rally (Japan) turns Sega’s road-racing format toward direct competition, offering four course choices with changing conditions such as rain, night and mountain roads. A large rear-view mirror helps track a rival approaching from behind, while the timer rewards completing each section quickly enough to continue. The original twin-cabinet arrangement could be linked for a larger race, although that cabinet capability does not by itself establish online multiplayer support. Choose a course, learn its visibility changes and protect a clean line through the next bend before concentrating on an overtake.
