How to Play Raiden DX (US)
Quick start
- Choose a practice, beginner or advanced course.
- Check each weapon’s color and firing coverage.
- Collect matching-color items to strengthen your main weapon.
- Review the final skill assessment and choose what to practice next.
Controls
Move with the eight-way joystick, shoot with A and use bombs with B. Red weapon items select Vulcan, blue selects laser and purple selects plasma laser. Repeatedly collecting the same color strengthens the weapon. Ending conditions differ between courses.
Raiden DX (US) — About this game
Built on Raiden II’s shooting, this game offers practice, beginner and advanced courses from the start. Practice is a full, long stage rather than a brief introduction, and the other courses differ in progression and ending conditions. Choose the course you want to tackle, then switch between Vulcan, laser and plasma laser weapons. Matching-color items strengthen your main weapon. Keep track of bombs and use them before dangerous attacks overlap. The end-of-play skill assessment lets you review not only how far you reached, but also your enemy destruction rate and damage taken, helping you decide what to practice next.
