How to Play R-Shark (set 1)
Quick start
- Choose a criminal target.
- Shoot enemy formations while moving clear of their fire.
- Collect weapon changes and use bombs against dangerous opposition.
- Hold the medal action while taking an item when that trade is worthwhile.
Controls
Joystick: move. A: shot; B: bomb. Hold C while collecting an item: convert it to a medal; accumulating ten medals provides an extra-life reward at stage clear.
R-Shark (set 1) — About this game
R-Shark (set 1) puts a space-faring bounty hunter on the trail of interstellar criminals, with the chosen targets becoming the bosses of its shooting missions. Weapon pickups change the ship’s attack between ordinary fire with homing support, a spiralling laser and missiles. Bombs provide a separate attack when the formations become dangerous. Another action can turn collected items into medals instead of taking their normal effect, creating a choice between immediate equipment and a reward for accumulating enough medals by the stage’s end.
