How to Play SegaSonic The Hedgehog (Japan, rev. C)
Quick start
- Choose Sonic, Ray or Mighty.
- Roll the trackball toward the open route.
- Jump an obstacle or enemy.
- Collect rings when it is safe to restore health.
Controls
Roll the trackball to move in the desired direction and control the running pace. Use Jump to leap and spin through an enemy or over a gap. Keep moving away from advancing hazards.

SegaSonic the Hedgehog sends Sonic, Ray and Mighty through isometric obstacle courses on Eggman’s island. Trackball movement sets the runner’s direction and pace, while jumping handles gaps and attacks enemies in a spin. Damage reduces health, and rings restore it. The route combines hazards such as collapsing ground, traps and advancing dangers, making a clear direction of escape more useful than lingering over every ring.
