How to Play Son Son (Japan)
Quick start
- Fire at an enemy on the current platform.
- Press Up or Down to change level.
- Adjust Left/Right to avoid the next threat.
- Collect fruit while keeping a safe route.
Controls
Up/Down changes to the neighbouring platform; Left/Right adjusts movement relative to the scrolling screen. Fire shoots energy from the staff. After a life is lost, the temporary return cloud disappears when you move or after its brief duration.
Son Son (Japan) — About this game
SonSon keeps its two travellers moving across stacked platforms while enemies approach the scrolling field. Up and Down change platforms, while horizontal movement adjusts the pace relative to the screen. Fireballs from the staff supply the attack and fruit adds points along the way. After losing a life, a returning cloud briefly protects the character, but moving off it ends that protection early.
