How to Play Space Duel (version 2)
Quick start
- Choose the fighter or linked-station mode.
- Rotate and thrust into a useful firing position.
- Fire until every target in the wave is destroyed.
- Use the shield when needed and watch the linked partner in station mode.
Controls
Separate controls rotate left, rotate right, apply thrust, fire and raise the shield. Shield protection wears down with use and impacts.
Space Duel (version 2) — About this game
Space Duel (version 2) offers separate fighters or a linked pair of ships forming a space station. Targets arrive from the edge of the field, and destroying them all completes the wave. Rotation, thrust and fire guide the attack, while a limited shield protects against collisions and enemy shots. In the station mode, damage to one partner can threaten the other through the burning link, making the connection part of the survival problem. Choosing a mode therefore changes more than the shape of the ship.
