Controls
Use Attack and Jump for ordinary combat and movement. Each hero also has a character-specific special that costs health. The available attacks and movement context change when the view switches to the platform section.

Spider-Man: The Videogame (Japan) changes scale during its chapters, switching from large-character brawling to a zoomed-out platform view. Spider-Man, Black Cat, Hawkeye and Sub-Mariner can share the fight, but two players cannot occupy the same hero. Individual powers distinguish their attacks, and the stronger special draws from health. The changing view opens more vertical movement before returning to the next close confrontation with the villains.
