How to Play Survival Arts (World)
Quick start
- Choose a fighter and practise the punch and kick strengths.
- Guard against incoming attacks.
- Crouch and press Punch beside a dropped weapon to pick it up.
- Use the strong punch action to attack with the weapon.
Controls
Three Punch and three Kick buttons: weak, medium and strong attacks. Down+Punch near a weapon: pick it up. Strong Punch while armed: weapon attack. Facing right, Viper uses ↓↘→+Punch for Sonic Wave Palm and →→+Punch for Mach Elbow. Reverse directions when facing left.
Survival Arts (World) — About this game
Survival Arts (World) gives eight selectable fighters a six-button attack system and weapons that can be picked up from the stage. Three punch and kick strengths cover ordinary combat, while character motions provide additional attacks. A nearby discarded weapon changes the available options, with the strong punch action used to wield it. Matches follow a best-of-three-round structure against the computer or another player, so learning both an unarmed opening and an available weapon is useful across the tournament.
