How to Play Tempest (rev 3)
Quick start
- Turn the rotary control to line up a lane.
- Fire at approaching enemies before they reach the rim.
- Use the Superzapper when a wave becomes dangerous.
- Choose a spike-free lane for the warp.
Controls
The rotary control moves the blaster between neighbouring lanes. Fire shoots down the current lane. The first Superzapper use clears enemies; the second removes one random enemy, with the supply renewed next level.
Tempest (rev 3) — About this game
Tempest (rev 3) moves a claw-shaped blaster around the near edge of a geometric web while enemies approach through its lanes. A rotary control shifts between lanes, and shots travel down the occupied lane. Closed shapes allow a complete circuit, while open shapes stop at their ends. The Superzapper clears the current enemies on its first use and removes one random enemy on a second use in the same level. After the wave, avoid the remaining spikes during the inward warp. Clearing a lane does not make its spike safe to cross.
