Tetris Plus 2 (World, V2.7) divides its block clearing between picture chapters, branching rescue puzzles and versus contests. Endless chapters can reveal the background through multi-line clears or collected letter blocks, while Puzzle mode guides the Professor or faster Assistant through a chosen route. The numbered blocks in versus play add another reason to clear a particular line rather than the easiest available gap. Learn the current mode’s goal before stacking for a large clear, then keep the explorer’s route in view during a rescue instead of treating the field as an ordinary endless score attempt.
