How to Play Thunder & Lightning (set 2)
Quick start
- Move the stick beneath the returning ball.
- Rebound it toward blocks and passing carriers.
- Catch a useful pickup when it is safe to do so.
- Use the glove release or missiles when that equipment is active.
Controls
Move horizontally to position Mr. Chin’s stick beneath the ball. With the glove equipped, use the release action to send out a caught ball. With missile equipment, use its firing action against the blocks.
Thunder & Lightning (set 2) — About this game
Thunder & Lightning (set 2) places Mr. Chin below a brick formation with a stick used to return the ball. Striking a passing carrier releases equipment, creating a choice between catching an item and staying under the next rebound. A glove catches the ball for a later release, a longer stick increases coverage and missiles provide another way to attack the blocks. Other pickups change the ball or add more balls. Enemies and hazards can interfere with the stick, so equipment helps only while the player keeps the ball in play.
