Top Speed (US) — About this game
Top Speed (US) races between timed checkpoints with a choice of routes at the forks. Reaching the next checkpoint before the clock expires opens another stage, so recovering from a slow section matters to the rest of the run. The car has a limited supply of nitro bursts for temporary extra speed, alongside ordinary steering, acceleration and braking. Choosing a junction changes the road ahead, while selecting a useful place for the boost helps avoid wasting it in a passage that immediately requires slowing down.
