How to Play Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (rev 1.2)

Quick start

Select a fighter whose special moves you want to learn.
Compare normal attacks at close and longer distances.
Practise one special move before adding combinations.
Win the current match and adapt your approach to the next ladder opponent.

Controls

Move with the directional controls; press Up to jump and Down to crouch. HP and LP perform high and low punches; HK and LK perform high and low kicks. BL blocks and RN runs. Down + BL blocks low, Down + HP performs an uppercut, and Back + LK performs a sweep. Forward and Back are relative to the fighter's facing direction.

Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (rev 1.2) brings Earthrealm's fighters against Shao Kahn's invasion in another ladder of one-on-one battles. The expanded roster combines returning warriors with hidden selections, each carrying an individual set of special moves and finishing techniques. Progress depends on learning the selected fighter rather than relying on a single universal special command. Work through the opponents toward the final confrontations, using safe ordinary attacks to establish distance before attempting a more committed move or an end-of-match technique.
