How to Play Van-Van Car (Karateco, set 2)
Quick start
- Steer through balloons with the car’s front spike.
- Check a safe landing before jumping a pursuer.
- Collect an energy balloon for a missile.
- Fire the stored missile along a useful corridor.
Controls
Four-direction movement steers the car. The action button normally jumps; while a missile is held it fires that missile instead. Only one missile can be stored.
Van-Van Car (Karateco, set 2) — About this game
Van-Van Car (Karateco, set 2) drives a spike-fronted car around a balloon maze while three hostile cars patrol the paths. Jumping can clear an approaching pursuer, but landing on it is still fatal. A yellow energy balloon changes the action button into a missile shot, and only one missile can be carried. Balloons also block the pursuers’ routes, making their removal part of changing the maze. Plan the landing before jumping, then use a held missile when the chosen corridor lines up with a useful target rather than collecting another energy balloon immediately.
