How to Play Wild Fang (Japan)
Quick start
- Learn Smokeman’s close attack reach.
- Use Change to compare the tiger’s longer weapon.
- Collect a dragon skull when it appears.
- Leave room to escape if the ordinary mount is lost.
Controls
Move and attack from the current mount. Change switches Smokeman and Tiger, altering attack strength and reach. The dragon-skull pickup temporarily summons the protected Flying Dragon.
Wild Fang (Japan) — About this game
Wild Fang gives its rider a choice between Smokeman’s strong close attacks and the tiger’s longer-reaching ball and chain. Change switches the mount, so the same approach need not suit both forms. A dragon-skull item briefly provides the Flying Dragon, protecting the rider while its breath overwhelms the enemies. Losing the ordinary mount leaves the warrior exposed on foot rather than immediately ending the whole encounter. Learn the tiger’s range before changing to Smokeman for a close opening, then preserve space to escape if the mount’s remaining life disappears.
