How to Play X Multiply (World, M81 hardware)
Quick start
- Collect the capsule that provides the tentacles.
- Fire from the ship and arm tips.
- Move backward to bring the arms toward the front.
- Keep adjusting because they relax outward after movement stops.
Controls
Move the craft and use the shooting action. The tentacles follow that movement automatically: forward gathers them behind and backward brings them forward. They drift outward when the craft stops.
X Multiply (World, M81 hardware) — About this game
X Multiply (World, M81 hardware) gives the microscopic X-002 two flexible tentacles for fighting the invasion inside a colonist’s body. The arms fire from their tips, damage enemies on contact and intercept many projectiles, but their position follows the craft’s movement. Moving forward brings them together behind the ship, while moving backward brings them toward the front. Once the ship stops, they drift outward again rather than locking into a permanent shield. Learn a short backward correction before meeting a forward threat, then keep the craft itself clear while its tentacles reach the target.
