Quick start
- Move through the platforms and inspect nearby exits.
- Turn the aim toward an approaching threat.
- Use the sword to attack and the shield for protection.
- Pick up keys or spells and continue through the connected rooms.
Controls
Movement joystick: guide Zak. Aiming spinner: turn the sword’s direction. Sword action: attack. Shield action: protect. Pick Up action: collect an available object. Cast Spell action: use available magic. The cabinet also has push/pull spinner inputs; their exact movement assignment is not asserted here.
Zwackery — About this game
Zwackery follows the wizard Zak Thwacker through connected platforms, doorways and tunnels in search of magic needed to defeat the Ghoulum. His sword can stab or be turned around him, while the shield provides directional protection. Picked-up spells add effects such as bouncing movement, invisibility and additional weapons. The separate movement and aiming controls make choosing a safe position part of using the equipment. Exploring for a key or spell can be as useful as immediately approaching the next enemy.
