How to Play Arctic Tale
Quick start
Choose New Game and begin Chapter 1 as the young polar bear. Follow the opening trail beyond Snow Mountain, collect food before the heart meter fades and pick up paw-print tokens while exploring. Stand on a marked Swap Spot and press A to change to the animal needed for the nearby route or challenge. Press SELECT whenever you need to check what has already been found or completed in the level. Your first goal is to finish the opening path and its first prompted challenge without letting hunger drain the heart meter.
Controls
D-pad moves the current animal and selects menus. A confirms and performs the action printed on screen, including entering a Swap Spot. B cancels in menus and is used only when a challenge displays a B-button action. START pauses. SELECT opens the level overview showing completed tasks and found collectibles. The polar bear, walrus, fox, orca and the 16 mini-games have context-specific actions, so follow each on-screen prompt; no universal L or R action is confirmed.
