How to Play Arkanoid II: Revenge of Doh
Quick start
Not only can you return it safely in the center of Bows II, but you can also hit it on the edge and create an angle to exit to the top. Prioritize permanent division, expansion, and catch, and forego capsules that erase current strong abilities. Confine the enemy to the top of the wall as much as possible, and avoid double contact with the ball when they come to the bottom. After clearing the surface, the left and right exits are route selections, so record the side that leads to the difficult surface and change it next time.
Controls
Use the special paddle/Vaus controller knob to move Baus II left and right, and use the fire button to fire, release catch, and fire laser shots. Start/pause with START. Emulators may require paddle input for Arkanoid to be enabled. Operations specific to each mode, such as editing and battles, follow the on-screen instructions.
Arkanoid II: Revenge of Doh — About this game
"Arkanoid II Revenge of Doe" is a block-breaking game for the Famicom in which Baus II advances from level 0 to level 34 in pursuit of a revived Doe. The left and right exits appear after each side ends, and the next side changes depending on which side you enter, so you won't be able to go through all the layouts in one play. There are more capsules than the previous game, such as permanent 3-split, multi-split, penetrating bullets, double bounce, shortening and doubling the score, as well as a resurrection wall, a moving hard wall, and up to 4 enemies to disrupt the ball's trajectory. In the long route that includes the 17-level mid-boss, it's not just reflexes that matter, but also which abilities to keep and where to trap the enemy.
