How to Play Bakugan Battle Brawlers
Quick start
Choose New Game, enter your name and select an attribute, then finish character creation. Follow the opening tutorial: place a Gate Card, choose a Bakugan and flick it upward with the stylus. Steer with small strokes or the D-pad toward the card. In a Timing Battle, tap symbols as they reach the center; follow the different gesture when another battle type appears.
Controls
DS: touch menus and cards; hold the Bakugan and flick upward to throw, with a faster flick producing more force. D-pad or short stylus strokes steer. L/R zooms out over the field. Battle minigames use tapping, tracing, rubbing or spinning as shown. With microphone input enabled, blowing makes a rolling Bakugan jump. START offers quitting the brawl to town.
Bakugan Battle Brawlers — About this game
Bakugan Battle Brawlers on DS combines deck choices with physical control of a rolling Bakugan. Place Gate Cards, aim a throw and steer toward a useful landing before a clash begins. When opposing creatures meet on one card, a touch-screen minigame helps decide the result alongside their power and card effects. Capturing three Gate Cards wins the brawl, and a double stand offers another route to a card. Your created brawler gains Leonidas as a partner and enters tournaments, using rewards to expand the deck. Choosing an attribute sets Leonidas's element at the beginning. This Toys“R”Us edition includes the additional Bakugan Manion and Ravenoid.
