How to Play Barbie Dreamhouse Party
Quick start
Start a new game, select an available character and follow the introduction into the Dreamhouse. Move toward the highlighted activity or character, confirm the interaction and read the first minigame's instructions. Finish that task before moving on to the next room; check its objective rather than repeating the previous game's actions.
Controls
DS: use the D-pad to move and choose menu items, A to interact or confirm, B to go back and START to pause. Minigames use their own displayed instructions; tap or drag on the touch screen when a touch gesture is requested. Check the on-screen prompt before each activity.
Barbie Dreamhouse Party — About this game
The DS version of Barbie Dreamhouse Party brings the characters and setting of Life in the Dreamhouse into a collection of short activities. Raquelle's meddling turns the computerized Closet into a party-game host, leaving Barbie and her friends to play their way through the house. Fashion, cooking, grooming and gardening give the rooms different themes, while outfits let you change the characters' appearance. The appeal lies in switching between small tasks and exploring familiar surroundings, rather than managing a household. Read each activity's instructions before starting, since its goal and input can change from the previous room.
