How to Play Battles of Prince of Persia
Quick start
Begin the campaign and work through the introductory battle. Read one card's order value and effect before playing it. Select a unit, examine its position and give a short movement order; then compare an attack from the front with the opportunities created by a flank.
Controls
Use the stylus to select cards, order units and choose movement or attack targets on the lower map. Read unit information on the upper screen before committing. To scroll the map, hold Up on the D-pad while directing the stylus toward the part of the map you want to see. Card orders and special effects are separate choices.
Battles of Prince of Persia — About this game
Battles of Prince of Persia puts the Prince in charge of armies during a war involving Persia and India. This DS strategy game combines a tactical map with a hand of cards: a card's number can supply orders for units, while its effect offers another way to influence the battle. You cannot simply move the whole army every turn, so deployment, facing and the choice of which troops act first become important. New cards expand the options between battles, encouraging a deck that supports the way you want your forces to fight.
