How to Play Battletoads & Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team
Quick start
Choose 1 Player while learning, or 2 Player B if you want co-op without friendly fire. Practise the basic punch, jump attack and running smash before relying on long combinations. In crowded fights, keep both enemies on the same side, avoid trapping your partner, and expect later vehicle sections to demand a different rhythm from the brawling stages.
Controls
The D-pad moves; tap Left or Right twice to run. A jumps and B attacks, or fires during the shooting stage. Press B while running for a heavy smash; jump with A and press B for an aerial attack. Select changes the highlighted game type, and Start begins or pauses the game.
Battletoads & Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team — About this game
Battletoads & Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team brings Rare's three Battletoads together with Billy and Jimmy Lee for a side-scrolling action crossover. The campaign moves from the enormous Colossus ship into brawling, platforming, vehicle and shooting sequences, with five playable heroes and one- or two-player modes. Cooperative players can choose whether attacks hurt their partner, making teamwork and spacing as important as learning each stage's hazards.
