Tap tables to move Betty and take orders, then tap the lower counter and the waiting customers to carry food. During singing, tap the matching lower-screen note as the upper cursor reaches it.

During service, watch for customers ready to order, take their requests to the counter and bring prepared food back before patience runs out. The singing shift changes to musical timing: match the lower-screen note to the cursor’s position above. Balancing prompt service and accurate taps moves Betty through her double shift.
