Crash 'n' the Boys: Street Challenge — About this game

Crash 'n' the Boys: Street Challenge is the North American NES localization of Technos Japan's wild sports game. Four school teams contest the 400-meter hurdles, hammer throw golf, swimming, rooftop jumping, and fighting. Two events are solo record attempts and three are direct confrontations where striking the opponent is part of the competition. Medals found during play and finishing positions build the overall score, and prize money buys event-specific abilities or equipment. Every event changes the meaning of A, B, and the D-pad, so success depends on learning five compact action systems rather than one universal control scheme.
