How to Play Bleach: The Blade of Fate
Quick start
Choose practice or the first story fight with a familiar character. Test light, medium and heavy attacks against a nearby target and practise guarding before using a special move.
Controls
Move and jump with the Control Pad. Y is light attack, X medium, A heavy, R guards and B performs a flash step. Use the lower-screen card and move shortcuts as shown by the selected interface.

Fight Soul Reaper duels with three attack strengths and quick movement. Light blows start short chains, heavier attacks extend reach and damage, and guarding keeps an opening from becoming a full combo against you. Spirit Cards add support effects through the lower screen. Learn one fighter’s normal attacks first, then add flash steps and a card effect when you understand the distance between opponents.
