How to Play Bomberman 2 DS
Quick start
Begin the single-player campaign and follow the first mission's objective. Use one bomb at a time and leave a safe route around solid blocks. Collect equipment as it appears, then review the customization menu before the next mission. Choose parts within the Equip Point limit and check the ability description before using a new loadout.
Controls
Move with the +Control Pad and press A to place a bomb. Skills depend on equipped parts: with Throwing Gloves, hold A over a bomb to lift it and release to throw; Dash Boots use B to dash; Knuckle Gloves use X to punch a bomb. With Remote Bands, A places a remote bomb and X detonates it. These abilities require their matching equipment.
Bomberman 2 DS — About this game
Bomberman 2 DS combines familiar bomb placement with a four-part equipment system. A computer virus has thrown Grid City into chaos, and each mission asks you to deal with enemies, blocks or other objectives before moving on. Collect head, body, arm and leg parts, then fit a loadout within your available Equip Points before entering a mission. Parts alter attributes and grant abilities, so a useful combination can matter as much as fast movement. Throwing Gloves let you lift and throw bombs, while Dash Boots add a dash and Remote Bands enable remote bombs. Read the mission goal and plan your equipment around it rather than assuming every stage is simply an enemy sweep.
