Select "Start from scratch" for the title and set the manager's name and club. Check the players within your budget at the club office, decide on the formation, starting lineup, offense and defense, and then head to the stadium. Start with a 45-minute practice match and observe the players' movement and fatigue. You can combine "task" cards found in matches in the clubhouse and give special training to players to improve their abilities and characteristics. During games, the players make automatic decisions, so the manager concentrates on organization, halftime corrections, and the cycle of rest and training.

Use the cross button to select items, players, and positions on the formation. Press A to decide, grab/place a player, or send a text. Press B to cancel/return to the previous screen. For player placement, select the target with A, move the position with the cross button, and confirm with A. On the match and club screens, press L/R to switch pages and displays, and press START to pause or open the confirmation menu. If there is a button guide displayed at the bottom of the screen, prioritize that function.
