Use Training for a sprint, a throw and swimming. Many speed events use repeated A/B presses; throws add a timed Up input to begin and set release angle. Learn each on-screen rhythm before the full tournament.
Controls
Menus use the D-pad, A confirms and B cancels. Events differ: races commonly use rapid A/B, throws add Up to start and set angle, and swimming uses repeated A plus directional timing. Follow the event guide for exact sequences.
