Quick start
For original card play, prepare the dedicated reader and card set, choose a word activity and listen. Find the requested hiragana card and scan it. For a drawing or sound activity, follow the touch-screen prompt.

This Japanese word-play game originally combines the DS with 46 hiragana cards and a dedicated card reader. Listen to a prompt, find the matching card and scan it, linking a spoken sound to its written character. Other activities use the stylus for drawing or producing sounds. The original card-scanning play requires the included physical card set and reader; the software alone does not supply those objects.
