Mater-National puts racing at the centre of this DS sequel. Start with Lightning McQueen, learn each bend and keep enough room to slide without running into the edge. Holding the accelerator while braking starts a powerslide, so steering through a corner becomes part of building speed rather than merely avoiding obstacles. The physical buttons handle driving; the lower screen supports menus and information. Practise a familiar circuit before chasing every rival, and use a clean exit from a bend to make your next straight count.
