Quick start
Choose the opening event, read its target and learn one lap. On a later attempt look for wrenches and compare an alternate route with the main road.
Controls
Use the displayed DS steering, acceleration and braking layout. Follow the boost indicator and tutorial rather than tapping menus while driving; choose events and racers through their screen prompts.
Cars Race-O-Rama — About this game
Race-O-Rama takes McQueen's rivalry with Chick Hicks through a selection of DS racing locations. Besides reaching the finish, watch for wrenches hidden along the tracks: collecting them helps unlock more content. The handheld game includes seventeen tracks and fifteen racers, making route familiarity useful when you return with another character. Some paths offer a different way forward, but a detour is valuable only if you can rejoin cleanly. Learn the first event before hunting collectibles, and save speed for sections where you can avoid collisions.
