How to Play Casino Derby
Quick start
After the title, select Derby, Jockey, or Bingo using the top and bottom buttons, and press A to confirm. In the derby, select a race, press A to switch between the race table and odds table, check the horse type, condition, and course conditions, make your predictions, and press START to start the race. In Jockey, select a race or training and decide which horse to use with Up/Down and A. During the race, press the button in charge repeatedly, but when the horse number flashes, you are out of stamina, so stop pressing repeatedly and wait for it to recover. In bingo, set the number of prizes up and down and press START, A to start and stop the drawing of numbers, press SELECT when reaching, and press START when bingo.
Controls
Common: Select an item using up or down, and confirm with A. Derby: Use the direction keys to select the race or prediction field, press A to decide/switch between the race table and odds table, press B to cancel, press START to start the race, pose for a photo during the race, and press SELECT during the fanfare to change the racetrack status. Jockey: Select a horse with up/down + A, press A on the I controller repeatedly for training, press the party tap button repeatedly for racing, and end with SELECT. Bingo: Press A to start/stop the lottery, B to list the results, SELECT to display reach, START to display bingo.
Casino Derby — About this game
"Casino Derby & Super Bingo" is a variety game for the Famicom that includes three games that can be used at gatherings. In derby mode, you select a race from a total of 10 races and predict a single victory or a joint finish by reading the race list, odds, horse type, track conditions, and course conditions. Jockey mode includes two modes: a race where you run your horse by pressing a button repeatedly, and a training mode where you compete by yourself for the best time. When connected to Party Tap, up to 6 people can compete at the same time. In bingo mode, you can set the number of prizes, stop drawing numbers, reach, and display bingo to help progress. The game does not have an in-game mechanism that increases your bet, and the instructions also advise against betting real money.
